Kristina Wallen, Managing DirectorBetween 1987 and 1995 Kristina played a significant part in the establishment of an executive recruitment business specialising in the travel and leisure sectors. As a Managing Director, she gained considerable experience handling assignments at senior level across many sectors. In the process she acquired a thorough knowledge of the travel business and its key personalities. In June 1995 she joined HARP as a board director and established the recruitment division, HARP wallen. In July 2000, Kristina led a management buy out and set up HARP wallen Ltd as an independent executive recruitment company where she personally undertakes assignments at a senior level on a retained and consultancy basis. Kristina chairs the Travel Industry Fundraising Forum for the Family Holiday Association and was recently appointed a Trustee to the charity. |
